Accessibility & Amenities

The Woodlawn & Pope-Leighey House welcomes visitors of all ability levels, and is dedicated to making every visit special. Our goal is to make this historic site more inclusive, and we welcome suggestions on how to grow and learn.

Accessibility

For guests with Limited Mobility:

Please note, the second floor of the Woodlawn mansion is only accessible via stairs.

The Pope-Leighey House is not fully wheelchair accessible. The entrance is accessible, and from there you can view the main portion of the house. There are 3 stairs which separate the upper level from the main level of the house. With weather permitting, you can access the main level of the house through the garden, but please note that route has a section through grass.

There is a 5-minute walk between Woodlawn and Pope-Leighey House on a paved surface, but the Pope-Leighey driveway has a steep incline.

For Guests with Service Animals:

Registered service animals are permitted.
